Enquiry data
We receive your name or company, contact details and project description. You can also choose a service and approximate budget. For a messenger contact, include the app name and your identifier. Do not send passwords, documents or sensitive information.
Purpose
We use these details to respond, clarify your project and discuss working together. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiry contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
Receipt and storage
An enquiry is saved in private server storage before an email notification is sent to the address above. We use the website hosting service and Gmail to process enquiries. Records older than 90 days are removed on the next storage access, during request processing or maintenance. Email correspondence may be retained to respond and manage an agreed project. Contact us to request deletion.
Sources and analytics
Without analytics permission, the enquiry includes only the current page path and the entry page path for the current view. With permission, Google Analytics can receive page, device, source and event information, including successful enquiry receipt. Campaign names, UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers may be kept for the browser tab session and attached to an enquiry. Referrers are limited to the origin, excluding the full previous URL.
Cookies and your choice
Google Analytics does not load before permission. You can allow analytics or choose necessary functions only. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days; advertising cookies and personalization remain disabled. Change your choice through the footer at any time. Declining does not prevent enquiries. Withdrawal stops analytics and clears Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site; data already received by Google is not automatically deleted.
Technical protection
Stored enquiries are intended for the people responsible for responding. A hash of the IP address is used to limit repeated submissions and is removed during maintenance after one day. The hosting and email providers may keep their own technical logs.
Requests and external services
You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw analytics permission using the contact above. Google processes data under its own terms, including on infrastructure outside your country: Google privacy policy. This page applies to the website; the Momentum app has a separate policy.
